Praying with the Sisters
You are always welcome to pray at Our Lady of Lourdes (OLL) Parish Church at 8812 East Gregory Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133-6499
Eucharistic Adoration takes place in the church every day, all day.

Retreat Opportunities
As a child has rest in its mother's arms,

Women are welcome to make a private retreat in our OLL retreat center. Please call us at 816-353-2177 to schedule a retreat for a weekend and/or during the week. There is a perpetual adoration chapel with scheduled adorers all day, every day, just a few feet down the hall from the retreat center The retreat center has a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes etc. There is also a small dining room.
Staying at our retreat center provides an opportunity for single women 17 and older to have an overnight and/or day of complete quiet for prayer and reflection with our community. You are invited to join the sisters in singing the Liturgy of the Hours, and if you would like, there will also be opportunities during the day to speak one-on-one with a sister.
One possible schedule: "A Day in the Desert"
The following is just a sample. You are free to make your own schedule.
Saturday night:
- 6:30 PM arrive at convent
- 6:45 PM preparation together for Sunday
- 8:00 PM Sung night prayer with the sisters in the convent chapel
- 8:30 PM Grand Silence
Sunday morning:
- 5:55 AM Sung Office of Readings in convent chapel.
- 6:30 AM Breakfast
- 7:15 AM Morning Prayer in convent chapel.
- 8:00 AM Holy Mass (option # 1)
- 8:45 AM Time for quiet reflection
- 10:00 AM Holy Mass (option # 2)
- 11:20 AM Holy Hour option
- 12:40 PM Lunch
- 1:15 PM Free silent time/ opportunity to talk with a sister
- 5:00 PM Sung Evening Prayer with sisters in Adoration Chapel
- 5:30 PM Rosary with the sisters in Adoration Chapel
- 6:00 PM Farewells
